Orchestra Iowa's Statement on COVID-19

Ticket Donation and Exchange Requests

As the COVID-19 pandemic has continued to evolve, Orchestra Iowa must now take the difficult but necessary steps to cancel the remaining Orchestra Iowa and Opus Concert Café performances through June 30, 2020. These cancellations will also apply to all previously postponed performances.

The health and safety of our audience members, musicians, school families, and staff remain our top priority as we continue to pursue our mission to foster the enjoyment of, and support for fine symphonic music. We are committed to supporting our outstanding musicians through these challenging times, and our entire Orchestra Iowa family is extraordinarily appreciative of your continued support. In the meantime, the following concerts, performances, and events have been canceled to ensure your safety and health:

In the coming days, all ticket holders will receive communication from our Ticket Office outlining the options available for their purchased tickets. These are unprecedented times at Orchestra Iowa, and we would be immensely grateful to those who choose to donate the cost of their tickets. This is a simple and impactful way to help ensure the sustainability and health of the Orchestra for the long-term. Your support truly means the world to us.
