As we celebrate our 100th year of bringing extraordinary music to Eastern Iowa, Orchestra Iowa is delighted to share the announcement of our Centennial Gala. Held at the DoubleTree in downtown Cedar Rapids on April 22, 2023, all proceeds from this musical and social occasion will be used to support our numerous education and community engagement programs throughout the season. This joyful gathering will feature appearances by Iowa City native pianist Conor Hanick, internationally acclaimed violinist Bella Hristova, and Orchestra Iowa’s own Discovery Chorus.
